How does My Half Freedom Box subscription memberships work?

My Half Freedom Box offers 2 subscription membership options that ships socially responsible products seasonally. Your subscription includes Free Shipping anywhere in the 48 continental states. We offer two payment options: (1) an annual payment or (2) a quarterly payment plan. All memberships are auto-renewed.
Cancel your subscription any time.

How can I cancel my subscription?

There are no cancellation fees. You can cancel your membership anytime by logging on to your account and cancelling your membership on the account page. By canceling your subscription, you are only preventing it from renewing on its next renewal date on your membership account. You will still get your next shipment. Cancelling your subscription prevents the renewal of your subscription only. You will still receive any seasonal boxes that remain under your subscription agreement since you have prepaid for this shipment.

ALL Cancellations must be: (1) prior to the billing cycle and (2) 60 days prior to the next box.

How can I get a refund or return items?

If you request a refund for your membership within 5 days of purchase, we will be happy to refund your money. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds after 5 days and we do not accept any returns of products in your box. Thank you for your understanding.

When does my box ship?

Shipping Schedule is as follows

Summer 2020: end of July
Fall 2020: end of October
Winter 2021: end of January
Spring 2021: end of April

When do I receive my first box?
In order to receive the next seasonal My Half Freedom Box, please order by this deadline schedule:

Summer box: order by June 30
Fall box: order by September 30
Winter box: order by December 30
Spring box: order by March 30

When will I be billed?

You will be billed for the plan you purchase immediately upon placing your order for a subscription.

All subscriptions are auto-renewed unless cancelled (1) prior to the billing cycle and (2) 60 days prior to the next box.

For annual memberships, you can always cancel your membership after your first, second or third shipment- you will still receive these shipments since you pre-paid for them. 

Please note if you choose the quarterly payment option and you purchase the subscription after the shipping deadline, you will still be billed at the time you place your order and will receive your box the following season.  For example, if you purchase your subscription after the above deadline on July 2nd, you will not receive the next seasonal box, but will instead receive the following seasonal box in the fall since it was purchased after the deadline.

You are required to sign up for an account and select a username (email) and password for your subscription membership in order for you to manage your account.  By doing so, you are agreeing to the terms and policies of the My Half Freedom Box subscription listed on  the Terms of Policy page.
